ABOUT BRYANA WILES

Hi there! My name is Bryana, I am the eldest sibling of 5 and have an Autistic younger brother. He is only 1 year my junior so he\'s definitely been my partner in crime for as long as I can remember. My experience has given me the opportunity to see how a diagnosis can impact not only the individual but the family as well. This has shaped my personal and professional aspirations a great deal. My Master\'s in Applied Behavior Analysis was focused on parent training and cultural competency. As a result of this, I became comfortable collaborating with a diverse population including parents, caregivers, practitioners, and agencies in order to meet the needs of the child. My goal is to have a lasting, positive impact on the lives of others with my work. I hope to do this through my support of individuals and their families. An equally important goal is to affect change in the family unit as a whole (siblings, parents, co-parents, caregivers, extended family, etc.). Thus allowing the family to continue their progress long after graduation.I think we should be having fun while getting the job done! In order to do this, I promote learning through play! Specialties: Assessment, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Pivotal Response Training, Floortime, Parent Training, Self-Help Skills Training, Social Skills Training, Individualized Accommodations and modifications, Staff Training and Coaching, Cross-Cultural Relations, Assistive Technology, and Sibling Support.
