Direct event operations for the world\'s largest three day rowing event which hosts over 11,500 athletes, 2,400 volunteers, and spectators, operating on a $4M+ annual budget- Responsible for event communication and logistics coordination with 700+ clubs including management of all event registrations- Coordination and oversight of management for over 2,400 volunteers across 25+ regatta volunteer committees- Coordination of event marketing and branding objectives and assisted in sponsor activations for pre, during, and post event- Expanded Adaptive events to include offerings for athletes with Cognitive Impairments- Expansion of the HOCR Charity Program – increasing annual fundraising from $50k annually to $150k+ with direct communication with Official Charities including grant reporting to be approved annually by the HOCR Board of Directors- Creation and management of expansion events - HOCR 4702 Winter Challenge, Boston Beach Sprints- Management of all HOCR Board communications and events, collaborated and executed on strategic planning, drafted all proposed changes to the bylaws and tenets- Website management including full redesign to current format in 2018- Oversight and coordination of HOCR x Gold Cup Grant Committee - awarding $500k in grants annually since 2021- Coordination with Mass Department of Conservation and Recreation on Master Planning for use and care of parklands
