Build SSIS ETL Jobs to support data import processing. • Designed and continue architectural enhancements of an award winning AI chatbot solution. • The \"Ask Placer County\" chatbot solution has been awarded at local, state and national levels for its innovation in government. CivicPlus integration with Frase.io chatbot solution,\"Bob the Bot\". • Assist in the implementation and management of CivicPlus/Frase.io chatbot integration. Work with multiple internal agencies and PIO to guide residents to the proper answers to their questions.
