About Brandon Peck
I have recently earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law as well as a double major from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business. At Miami Law, I had a particular interest in transactional law, focused in both corporate and financial institutions. I was a published author of the University of Miami Business Law Review Journal, writing a law review article pertaining to the statutory interpretation of Florida law as applied to cryptocurrency and money laundering. Additionally, during my final year at Miami Law, I participated in the Investor Rights Clinic, a pro bono clinic dedicated to providing legal services to the elderly and impoverished who have been harmed by unsuitable investment products sold by brokerage companies.As an undergraduate at Carnegie Mellon, I double majored in Business Administration within the Tepper School of Business and Decision Science in the Dietrich School of Humanities. The Business Administration major provides me with both analytical and practical skills while the background in Decision Science enables me to more adequately understand the concepts of consumer behavior as well as behavioral decision making. In addition, I was a four-year member of the Carnegie Mellon varsity men\'s soccer program.
