Senior Director of Product - Marketplace and Guest Experience @Cloudbeds

I lead 2 major product areas within Cloudbeds, the Marketplace and Integrations and the Guest Experience Products. Marketplace and Integrations - I lead a team of product managers, onboarding managers and a product marketing manager. We build the portfolio of integrations to support Cloudbeds diverse customer set, growing the number of integrations and integrations adoption that lead to increased Cloudbeds revenue and sales of Cloudbeds core products. Guest Experience - I lead the product onboarding for our acquisition of Whistle, a guest messaging and arrivals experience for guests traveling to Cloudbeds customers. We successfully integrated and quickly launched the Cloudbeds+Whistle product and then localized the product to support global sales. We built the roadmap and have begun development expanding the Whistle guest experience product and a deeper integration of the Whistle products into Cloudbeds to better serve our customers and guests.
