Wayfair is best known as one of the world’s largest online destinations for the home. What most people don\'t realize is that Wayfair has also internally built out the supply chain to support the multi-billion dollar company.At Wayfair, I run multiple teams that support the CastleGate program through our International Supply Chain offerings and Self-Service Supplier portal. My teams leverage Python and React to create decoupled applications that allow suppliers to be successful in the CastleGate program. For us, suppliers are part of our family.
