ABOUT BRYAN LEE

I am a clean transportation consultant who is enthusiastic about emerging zero emission transportation technologies. As a Lead Project Manager, I advise fleets on transitioning to zero emission vehicles and manage deployments of emerging transportation technologies. My work includes many first-of-its-kind technology projects including a techno-economic feasibility study for the first fuel cell-powered tugboat in the US. I have also worked on feasibility studies and data collection projects for microgrids and have written commercialization plans focused on fuel cell trucking. My expertise also includes zero emission buses, maritime and freight movement, battery fire safety, and hydrogen. Previous clients include the Federal Transit Administration, the California Energy Commission, and the California Department of Transportation/Caltrans.I previously worked in academia as an adjunct instructor in the Political Science Department at College of the Desert. My research has been published in the Journal of Energy & Natural Resources Law and the Small Wars Journal.
