Leveraging over 20 years of technology, management, and consulting experience in automotive, software, and data analytics, I focus on emerging solutions and opportunities for data intelligence and emerging technologies to deliver market-leading connected vehicle and IoT platforms. These smart mobility solutions deliver maximum future value for the business, market, and customer, in alignment (or after building consensus) with executive teams and global stakeholders. I enjoy finding and creating practical solutions to solve challenging problems like sustainable transportation and driver behaviour modification. It is rewarding to follow-through from conception to delivery, from long-term planning to preparing proposals and winning international bids, and rolling up my sleeves to create advancements alongside great data, software, and business teams. A healthy balance of product maintenance, development, and advanced R&D is important. To help achieve this balance, I’ve written proposals to secure significant local and federal R&D funding with corporate and academic partners, created emerging solutions and data science teams, defined a protected path forward as the inventor on more than 40 patents, and led new product introductions.
