I’m a Data Product Manager with 20+ years of experience in technology, and the last four dedicated to building and scaling data products that drive transparency, accessibility, and impact—particularly in healthcare and public safety.At ESO, I lead the development of end-to-end data pipelines and reporting tools that enable thousands of healthcare and emergency services organizations to unlock value from their operational data. Our customers rely on these tools for regulatory compliance, clinical and operational quality improvement, and billing—so accuracy, accessibility, and usability are mission-critical.I oversee products ranging from BI dashboards and export tools to self-service query interfaces and direct Snowflake access. I lead a team of product owners and work closely with engineering, executives, and frontline customers to ensure our data products are intuitive, durable, and built for real-world needs.I’m deeply invested in data governance, data democracy, and long-term usability—especially in environments where high-stakes decisions depend on accessible, high-quality data. I actively support ESO’s shift to a data mesh model, and contribute to our AI-readiness strategy by helping shape clean, owned, well-documented data domains.I’m also experienced with a wide range of healthcare and emergency data standards—including NEMSIS, NFIRS, NTDB, NTDX, NERIS, and FHIR—and have functional literacy in SQL and Python, which allows me to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand data flows and logic without being a hands-on coder.
