I was also responsible for documenting requirement documents, explaining the changes to developers, conducting UAT with business users and providing Tier 3 support to end users for different D365 modules. • Client meetings, Requirement Analysis, create all Project Management documents, taking Signoff from client, Fit and gap document, demos to client. • Lead the project of implementing new legal entities, configuring new legal entities banks and integrate them in treasury automation suite module and making sure that different type of payments is going to the new bank and bank reconciliation is loading every day in the system. Worked closely with the finance team for the UAT of new banks implementation and played the role of a bridge in communicating the issues with the vendor. • Worked closely with Release Manager to set the priority of the tasks and issues for the sprint. • Regular meeting and calls with the on shore and off shore development team for the requirement understanding, impact and working scenario sessions. • Responsible for creation of FDD for different D365 forms, reports and enhancements. • Created test plan, test cases, requirement traceability matrix and test execution report. • Support the business users on production issues and help them in troubleshooting to find out the reason for the issue and the solution to resolve it. • Daily scrum meeting with different team leads to give status on the ongoing tasks and issues. • Worked on the Dynad upload tool to upload bulk data into the AX. • Updated and Managed the tasks on DevOps. • Worked on changing the security roles as per the Director’s recommendation to lower the licensing cost of D365 and tested those security roles in UAT.
