About Ben Davenport
I am a leader in the Customer Education space with a background in tech, hospitality, and security. My passions are around finding paths of efficiency and operational excellence through program buildings for teams. My work has led me to be involved in developing curriculum and go-to-market motions. Working directly with C-Level teams, driving onboarding, education, and adoption of new and complex solutions to help teams drive their KPIs to new levels and substantially scale their businesses. I have directly built strategies for absorption of M&A assets with plans to take over and radicalize the approach to handle a quick scaling model. Examples of this have been with Komiko into InboxAI, Chorus.ai into Chorus from ZoomInfo, Insent into ZoomInfo Chat, and scaling new product development of Recruiting and Sales Acceleration platforms of ZoomInfo TalentOS and Engage. At Brinks Home Security, I built a motion to onboard a new Customer Care Center, building an enablement strategy for 64 reps (12 current employees and 52 new hires) to ramp within three weeks meeting all compliance needs. Our teams went on to win JD Power awards for the level of working our Customer Care team provided. My work in the Food and Beverage Industry had me leading teams and businesses to recognitions in media as well as profitability through innovation, procurement strategies, and event building. My vision for sustainability and local support helped usher the Vancouver, WA culinary scene into a renaissance of new high quality food and beverage outlets.
