Taking care of two great teams (12 engineers). I apply a Radical Candor approach: I build trust by actually caring about people. I then pride myself to not shy away from providing continuous feedback to my direct reports. I believe _this_ is the core part of my job so we get results. My strong technical background allows me to ask the right questions to understand and challenge the approaches the teams take to solving our daily challenges. I have a hands-on experience on the whole hiring process for software engineers.
