   As a Producer, I work collaboratively with our executive producers, motion graphic designers, and other editors to create innovative, compelling creative to meet the needs of our clients. I write, develop, pitch, and develop concepts for on-channel, digital, social, broadcast, promos and other short-form content. I Scope, plan, budget and execute small and large scale live action video projects with production team members in a fast-paced environment. I manage video projects and all deliverables from pre-production through post-production. I handle client relations, approvals, and feedback throughout the production process. I deliver projects on time and on budget while maintaining the highest quality. I work with colleagues to find creative solutions. As a Director, I Provide creative direction while managing all phases of video production to include the coordination of logistics, correspondence, scripts, shot lists and production schedules. The content I create includes but are not limited to promotional videos, commercials, documentaries, social spots, client stories, testimonials, and more. I oversee style, camera, lighting, audio, music, editing, and graphics. I manage a rolling production schedule, collaborate with stakeholder and marketing teams to develop video projects, and manage content review and editing. I prepare and negotiate contracts, obtain music rights, and images that are subject to copyright laws ensuring the production team complies with all rules and regulations. I troubleshoot and improve processes and consistency across projects reconciling and finalizes all estimates and budgets. I obtain budget approval and arrange to book all the needed resources. I ensure that production remains on schedule and make any changes due to unforeseen circumstances. I oversee the production of all phases of the project including management of freelancers, contractors, and talent.
