End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution, utilizing SAP MM/S4 HANA to optimize operational efficiency and ensure timely delivery of goods.• SAP MM/S4 HANA Configuration & Customization: Implement and configure SAP MM modules to support procurement, inventory management, and material valuation in alignment with business requirements.• Inventory Management & Forecasting: Implement robust inventory management and forecasting processes within SAP MM/S4 HANA to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce carrying costs. Allocate inventory to customers based on their forecasts and ensure availability as per their requirements.• Inventory Availability & Documentation: Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with 3PL partners to confirm delivery timelines. Ensure accurate documentation for international logistics, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.• Transportation Coordination: Arrange transportation services, including carrier selection, freight rate negotiation, shipment scheduling, and delivery tracking to meet customer requirements while minimizing costs.• Warehouse Operations: Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing storage space, and implementing safety protocols using SAP-integrated systems.• Order Fulfilment Management: Manage end-to-end order fulfilment processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness while meeting customer expectations and service level agreements.• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and resolve issues to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain integrated with SAP MM functionalities.
