I have reinvented myself and the products and services I\'ve led through change and disruption. The future of work is happening, at a disruptive pace. Before the pandemic we were already faced with a forecast of escalating trends of AI, the gig economy and crowdsourcing. Jobs and organizations are being reinvented. Work will be redesigned and leaders are pushed to facilitate transformation at a record pace. Effective leaders will bring more heart and healing, and focus on true sustainability to steer their organizations through this period. Communities will face hard truths on their path to increase equity. I know during this season of change, there is a great opportunity for growth and renewal.My purpose is to help people both surf change, and find and stay true to their path.

Led the launch of a social entrepreneurship organization focused on solutions to bridge the digital divide, closing a successful round of seed funding to build a prototype and conduct community pilots. Built upon a 2-year research project funded by the Grand Rapids SmartZone and led by passionate local business leaders to understand what would most help community members prepare for the future of work. Developed an AI chatbot prototype that guides seekers in finding the best fit resources within the community.
