I’ve discovered a deep passion for helping women with ADHD in the “sandwich” generation. These incredible women are juggling aging parents, adult kids, partners, and careers, often while trying to manage the chaos that ADHD can bring. I help those with ADHD and/or their loved ones. Whether you’re a woman with ADHD in the “sandwich” generation, parent of a young ADHDer, a young adult figuring out life with ADHD, or someone balancing the demands of a busy, ADHD-fueled life, I’m here to help. Let’s find your strengths, rediscover your potential, and create a plan that works for you. I’m a Certified ADHD Coach (CCSP) and a Wayfinder Life Coach, trained by Martha Beck, Inc. My work spans a range of clients, including CEOs, financial advisors, young adults with ADHD, and parents navigating ADHD at every stage—from parenting young kids to supporting adult children. Married to ADHD for 30 years and raising two kids with ADHD has given me a front-row seat to the ups, downs, and sideways spirals of life with ADHD. These experiences, combined with my professional training, allow me to bring both personal insight and professional expertise to every coaching conversation.
