This includes coaching and mentoring professionals to become integral client-servers within a consulting practice serving North America. These relationships enable my teams to educate and coach public service leaders to modernize their technology capabilities to create recognized and sustained value. My business process specialties include regulatory compliance (licensing, permitting, land management), IT operations management and strategy, and physical (infrastructure) asset management including capital planning, capital program management, workforce management, and procurement.
