With over ten years’ experience as a Chemical Engineer in the processing and materials industry, I have a broad range of expertise in product development, safety analysis, problem-solving, management, team growth, and optimizing processes resulting in increased productivity, yields and capacity.For the majority of my career, I’ve worked for start-up material companies in the roles of Senior Process Engineer, Optimization Engineer, Safety Analysis, Research, Product Development and Process Designer.In addition, I have operational experience in biomanufacturing, which has increased my skills in manufacturing processes, purification methods, GMP regulations and production instrumentation.I have a demonstrated track record in bringing product/process conception through R&D to manufacturing, product launch and continuous production. What’s more, I deliver projects on schedule and within budget by using my robust organizational, management and attention to detail skills.From my experience working in startup companies, I’m adaptable in new environments, and I’ve learned the importance of fast, efficient and accurate decision making based on research, best practices, data, and sound reasoning.
