Serve as Subject Matter Expert and Client Partner for Fortune Tech 10 Client in the fields of Natural Language Processing, Machine Language, Generative Artificial Intelligence, Language Models (such as Bard, ChatGPT, etc.), and Smart Assistants (such as Google Assistant, Alexa, Siri, etc.) Teach and train engineering and linguistic concepts to pool of onsite and remote Annotators. Provide updated or supplementary task documentation as needed. Perform quality audits to ensure that internal and external benchmarks are being met. Provide on-going support for 300+ on-site and virtually as an internal workspace community manager. Build culture and foster empowerment, self-learning, and connection for our dispersed, cloud-based team. Introduce, maintain, and iterate upon remote organizational structure and cloud storage best practices. Increase transparency and ease in work flow between on-site workers, remote workers, on site leads, remote leads, as well as our teams and offices in Toronto, San Jose, and Hyderabad. Serve as project manager for reconciling best practices, identifying best in class techniques and tools, and unifying workflow across multiple functions, departments, platforms, and teams as a stakeholder in Change Management. Perform as in-house Screener/Interviewer for our candidate pipeline for client-specific projects for our US Remote and Austin teams.
