I am responsible for contributing to the design and development of the People Operations Centre by creating and implementing people operations processes, providing support and advise throughout the employee lifecycle in my region -(US, Canada, Mexico, Argentina & Brazil). I manage all types of leaves (STD, LTD, Maternity/Parental, and RTW process), partnering with our health insurance stakeholder to ensure smooth administration; process performance rewards, employee voluntary/involuntary separations. I manage employee data in Workday and run reports to maintain internal HR systems, while also acting as a consultant to managers and employees regarding policies and procedures.
