Currently working as a Care Professional with Home Instead*, providing individualized and holistic care to clients in their homes. My responsibilities include- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting independence, dignity, and maintaining confidentiality - Providing medication reminders to support adherence to prescribed treatments - Performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dusting, laundry, and vacuuming - Assisting with mobility needs, including safe transfers using lifts and moving clients between bed and wheelchair This role has strengthened my commitment to client-centered care and deepened my experience in home-based caregiving.
