Scrum Master-Money movement project (Remote) • Part of the Request for payments team • Work closely with other dependent teams such as Open Bill Pay, ATG to remove any dependencies and risks • Mentor and coach teams working on 4 different Agile Frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum and Kanban • Coach Agile practices and encourage adaptation and 2 weeks iterations • Collaborate with Product Owners, Program/Project Managers, and Technical Leads to define and maintain the overall medical device and mobile software infrastructure release calendar and milestone schedule with respect to project schedules • Manage the product backlog and/or remediation plans by working with Project Manager, Product Owner and technical leads to prioritize and scope items for release. • Coach team members to align their efforts and maximize throughput based on Lean-Agile or ITIL values, principles, and practices. • Work with other technology departments as necessary to overcome impediments to the team’s progress ensuring high degrees of team productivity. • Coach and train scrum teams on Agile principles and values, SECDEVOPs, scrum values, ceremonies, and roles. • Implement Agile best practices and ways of working in the organization. • Drive improvement within product, PMO and development approaches to release planning, release train planning and cross team coordination. • Conduct weekly bootcamp training exercises for development teams, product owners, scrum masters and program level leadership. • Provide oversight to policies and processes using Agile best practices. • Re-defined managerial roles and responsibilities and worked with Executive leadership and adoption managers to implement. • Develop best practices standards for Agile Scrum and Kanban teams.
