About Blessil George
As the SVP of AML and Risk Technology at PNC, I lead key programs to enable the design, resource and infrastructure management, execution of end-to-end AML Model ecosystem and services for PNC\'s BSA Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions functions. Prior experience includes strategy, design, implementation and management of the bank\'s Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) models, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) stress testing infrastructure, Credit Risk Modeling implementations and related program delivery.For over 20 years I have led and partnered with amazing teams to successfully design, execute programs and manage data science, data engineering, analytics, application and infrastructure engineering across multiple efforts around BSA- AML, Fraud, Credit Risk, Distressed Asset Management, Treasury solutions, Credit card and ATM platform technnology in the Financial sector.To fuel my passion for practicing and learning, I hold certifications from AWS, Microsoft, Data Science Certificates from Cornell, MIT, my MBA from Duke University and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University. I am currently exploring the very dynamic domains of Large Language Models, Small Language Models, leveraging the strengths of these technologies to advance business and personnel productivity and technical insights.
