As part of the 2023 Young Leaders Fellowship Program by MCW Global, I participated in a two-week intensive training at New York University and Champlain College, followed by a year-long online mentorship. The training equipped me with skills in leadership, global citizenship, and project management, including vision planning and resource development. This mentorship has supported the creation, implementation, and investment search for my project \'Living with Dyslexia\'.\'Living with Dyslexia\' is dedicated to empowering dyslexic children in Kosovo, helping them realize their full potential and integrate into society. I am currently leading the project’s implementation with ongoing support from MCW Global.
