Full operational responsibility for managing x2 site security teams based within locations in North & Mid Wales, promoting relevant site security, health & safety for a global facilities company. • Looking after a diverse team of 20+ staff compiling of both security officers and supervisors located at x2 high profile Welsh Government offices.• Working directly with the client on a daily basis and on site Vinci FM. • Deputising for the Vinci FM, attending conference calls and representing Vinci at meetings. • Responsible for recruitment, maintaining targets, budgets, SLA’S, and KPI’s. • Involved with agreeing costs and budgets with the client and external parties. • Carrying out annual site risk assessments, monthly site surveys, creating and updating existing site SOPs and planning and delivering site specific one to one training to all staff on a weekly, monthly and annually basis.• Consulting the client directly on security issues and advise changes when necessary. • Overseeing all security operations on both locations, implementing the delivery of the security service, reporting of incidents accurately, the completion and circulation of reports to notifiable parties.• Overseeing the management of VIP and specialist events• Using effective coaching and performance management skills to deliver industry leading security teams
