Helping launch our brand new Policyholder Experience initiatives, where we focus in on how we can best serve the needs of our policyholders, while continuing to lead design across the company for its other initiatives.Introduced innovation stage gate process and design sprints to the company. Working directly with CEO and COO on strategic initiatives.Led all design work on the initial stage gate process: setting up a research network, facilitating calls, synthesizing results, sharing summary videos internally, leading a design sprint, prototyping and testing solutions, writing and distributing a monthly internal newsletter for stakeholders, presenting to officers of the company, aiding in writing and all layout/design work for a 72-page market analysis printed deliverable, aiding with pilot scope definition, recruiting pilot participants and defining pilot success metrics. That was the first 3 months of the project:)
