BARBARA L. BAGNERIS (Bon-ner-reese) Barbara holds a Masters in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in e-Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Her academic and professional expertise includes earned value management, business management, operational management, financial management, business ethics, web development, eCommerce strategies, human relations & organizational behavior, and very strong computer skills. Barbara has been able to effectively manage change to improve business management operations on many multi million-dollar contracts. She has excelled as a Program Financial Controls Analyst with expertise in “Earned Value Management.” She has extensive expertise managing and mentoring results oriented teams. She has strong people skills and the ability to influence work teams to build successful cross-functional working relationships. Appointed by Governor Jerry Brown to the 32nd District Agricultural Association, Orange County Fair Board of Directors in 2014 and is a past Chair, currently serving as Vice Chair in her second rotation having been reappointed to the Board by Governor Gavin Newsome. She is very active in the community and has served in many national and local voluntary roles. Her ability to lead and manage teams, one of her strongest attributes, has helped in the performance of her duties as National Second Vice President, as well as, several elected National Offices in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, the largest Black Women\'s International organization in the world. She has served as an elected member of the National Scholarship & Standards Committee and the National Finance Committee of her beloved Sorority. She currently serves as Chair of the National Member Benefits Subcommittee under the National Membership Services Committee of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.
