I’m Barbara — but friends and clients call me Babi. Today, I’m a Creative Strategist blending data-driven thinking, a managerial mindset, and a seriously curious creative spark. I graduated from Bocconi and spent five years in the world of consulting. Then I entered the universe of communication, and — all the dots connected. I am passionate about the story behind everything I see: a company, a project, a team, a person. What I love most about my job is chasing the creative sparks — even the messy, chaotic ones — and turning them into something real: projects, brands, whole organizations we can build together building creative strategies and stories around those details that make the difference. But i am also into hand-stitched embroidery, sewing and ceramics. And about a hundred other things, too. In my free time I am also working in events communication, coordinating social strategies and live content creation.
