   This role functions as a business process architect and developer, encompassing business analysis, requirements elicitation, design and architecture work across a variety of knowledge sharing, collaborative and business applications. Also function as the Region Americas resource responsible for training and user adoption around enterprise social software. Systems in use include SharePoint, Salesforce and IBM Notes, among others.Within the last few years, I have primarily been focused on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.), both building apps and automations for many areas of the company, but also as a teacher and mentor, working to build a Champions program within the group to upskill our business users.
