I manage a team of highly talented Business Applications Developers and Data Analytics Developers for our Industrial Operations in the US, Mexico and Ireland locations. I work to remove road blocks and build strong relationships with with my team and business operations. I work closely with executives and stakeholders to identify opportunities where our team can help drive the business for success. We do this with the use of complex reports and third party as well as in house applications like PowerBI. The business then uses this information to measure target KPIs and metrics to make better business decisions. When needed we will utilize and manage external vendors to assist in meeting the goals of the business.
