In partnership with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), I support CADUS e.V.\'s frontline medical evacuation operations in Ukraine:• Overseeing of logistics, stock, financial tracking, and M&E administration tasks, supporting the allocation of €5M+ in funding and supporting onboardings, and payments.• Supporting the coordination of the deployment of medical teams and trainers over 600 MedEvacs and multiple mass casualty incident (MCI) responses across frontline areas.• Engage with humanitarian partners and local authorities to inform access strategies, contribute to security and context analysis, and represent CADUS e.V. in inter-agency coordination platforms influencing operational planning and humanitarian response.
