As part of the Impact Team, I serve as a strategic liaison between the Foundation and a broad network of community, institutional, and philanthropic partners, advancing health equity through relationship driven and systems focused work. I lead and manage a portfolio of community informed initiatives, providing strategic guidance, project oversight, and alignment with the Foundation’s mission and long term priorities.My role centers on cultivating and stewarding strategic partnerships, strengthening relational networks, and supporting cross sector collaboration to expand the reach and effectiveness of the Foundation’s work. I support partners in the design and implementation of initiatives that contribute to a healthier St. Petersburg, while contributing to evaluation and learning processes, strategic communications, and organizational reporting. I oversee project planning, budgets, and vendor relationships, and work collaboratively across teams to ensure strong coordination, accountability, and data integrity. I represent the Foundation as an ecosystem builder, helping to deepen relationships, expand philanthropic and community networks, and support sustained collective impact.
