I also have experience as a Technical Assistant at WIN-911, where I designed customer-centric translations of technical terms in product manuals, and provided outstanding support for product compatibility and migration.I am an extremely motivated professional with a passion for delivering IT service and leadership that goes beyond organizational expectations.
