   Lead AI engineering and integration initiatives modernizing EPA\'s chemical assessment systems. Architect and develop LLM-powered tools that accelerate framework migrations, enhance developer productivity, and extract structured data from regulatory documents. Work hands-on with engineering teams while establishing patterns and SOPs for responsible AI deployment in regulated environments.Key Accomplishments & Current Work:Architecting a 4-agent iterative code conversion system (planner, generator, compiler, tester) using FastAPI and FastMCP to automate framework migrations, reducing manual effort on EOL technology modernization. Built MCP client integration and dependency graph RAG server to enable context-aware code transformations. Currently testing on Vue2→Vue3 migrations with plans to expand across EPA\'s legacy application portfolio.Designed and implementing customized GitHub Copilot instructions and agents for TSCA project teams—repo-level overviews for context, path-specific guidance for development workflows, and custom agents for domain-specific documentation (TSCA-formatted docstrings). Piloting with TSCA software engineers, evaluating effectiveness, and developing SOPs for enterprise-wide adoption.
