Designing and implementing 40+ color immunophenotyping panels for analysis of clinic material via spectral cytometry.Formerly worked on the development, approval, and manufacturing of the commercial Breyanzi CAR T-cell therapeutic.Former research scientist at the Fred Hutch in the Clinical Research Division, focusing on immune responses to gene therapy, as well as CAR T cells as a potential cure for HIV.Completed postdoctoral training involving translational research focused on analyzing the role antigen-specific T cells play in the development of allergic disease and cancer in humans as both regulatory and effector populations.Earned a PhD in biochemistry at the Tulane University School of Medicine studying structural immunology, specifically the relationship between protein structure and CD4+ T cell effector phenotype. Also profiled linked recognition at an epitope-specific level between T cells and B cells, and how peptide priming influences these links, using the vaccine target HIV gp120 as a model antigen.
