   Lead AI engineering across multiple teams, responsible for delivering Pendo’s next-generation AI experiences. Partner with product and design leadership to set vision, drive execution, and establish AI as a core differentiator for Pendo’s platform- Own strategy and delivery for Agentic Experiences and AI Insights, aligning customer value with scalable engineering- Unified teams around the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling shared architectures and faster delivery through reusable patterns- Designed and implemented AI-specific SDLC frameworks, improving iteration speed, observability, and quality across AI features- Built and scaled core infrastructure (LangChain/LangGraph, eval frameworks, enrichment systems) now used across product lines- Mentor engineering managers and tech leads, growing future leaders while fostering a culture of experimentation, clarity, and inclusion- Drive strategic organizational design, establishing a multi-team AI Platform foundation that supports all of Pendo’s AI product development.
