I work at the intersection of education, equity, and technology, helping districts create learning environments where every student has a real chance to succeed.In my role leading Customer Success at Subject, I focus on building systems that expand access: Multilingual feedback for newly arrived learners Online learning pathways that adapt to real student schedules Tools that help students express big ideas even when writing feels out of reachAcross every partnership, my priority is the same: meet people where they are without lowering the bar for where they can go.My approach is shaped by years of working directly with educators, students, and district leaders across the country. I’ve seen how gaps in resources or language support can limit a student’s trajectory, and how the right intervention can completely change it. That’s why I care so much about accessibility and intentional design.Outside of the day-to-day, I’m committed to community work and personal growth. I spend time meeting with people across a wide variety of educational systems, and carry those conversations into how I show up for students and teams.
