Serve as the face of the Digital Services team to all members of the organization, leading and directing the overall activities of your staff within our department. • Develop strategy and provide strategic direction, deployment and use of technology equipment, and support services that meet the IT needs of our workforce. • Guide the department and your staff on operating plans, goals, objectives, priorities and procedures that are in alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of the LCRA that deliver product and service solutions to the workforce. • Develop and handle the department budget, including technology equipment, hardware and software applications, and multi-function devices. Ensuring that expenditures are appropriate and within the approved budget.
