About Blake Koeller
From a young age, my fascination with commercial construction and real estate was sparked by the skyline of towering skyscrapers in Seattle and Bellevue. I was captivated by the engineering and ambition behind each structure, and I knew early on that I wanted to turn this passion into a profession. In high school, I committed to making that dream a reality, studying hard to earn my place at the University of Washington, where I am now pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. My professional journey began in my freshman year of high school when I launched my own home improvement business. Starting by going door-to-door to find clients, I soon expanded my reach through Facebook, building a network and reputation that allowed my business to truly flourish. This hands-on experience taught me essential skills in client relations, project management, and financial planning, which I continue to hone while balancing my education and working to support myself through college. Most recently, I had the opportunity to work as an Electrical Field and Office Engineer Intern in Huntington Beach, CA, on an industrial water treatment facility project. This experience provided me with invaluable insight into the technical and interpersonal skills needed in the workforce and confirmed my passion for the field.
