   Beach Street Development & Operations (Beach Street Surf) is pioneering a new segment – barefoot lifestyle destinations and resorts anchored by man-made surfing lagoons. These surf lagoons provide ocean-like waves and a surfing experience that often rivals the ocean. Creating an entirely new asset class requires experience, vision and authenticity. Our active projects include DSRT Surf in Palm Desert, California, HTX Surf in Houston, Texas and we have also been part of the development team and will also be operating the surf destination within the Atlantic Park project in Virginia Beach, VA. We have several additional projects we are actively working on developing both here in the United States and international locations which have not yet been publicly announced.The Beach Street Development & Operations team has over 90 years of combined experience in surf technology, real estate development, investments, private equity, project finance, construction / project management, hospitality and surf destination operations. We are uniquely qualified to lead efforts to develop, fund and operate projects of this scale and we have hands-on experience designing, funding, building and operating similar projects in surf, hospitality and other industry sectors.
