I’m a technology and digital platforms executive with 20+ years of experience building teams and delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms for global organizations.Today I lead a global commerce practice at Concentrix, working with enterprise B2B and B2C organizations to modernize their digital ecosystems. My teams span the United States, Mexico, and India and deliver complex platform implementations, integrations, and long-term transformation initiatives. Across the platforms I’ve architected and delivered under my leadership, the systems support well over $1B in annual commerce revenue.I’m also closely involved with clients as they navigate major platform decisions. I have a passion for helping organizations implement the right solutions and foundations, not just for today but for where the business needs to be many years from now. That means considering not only the technology, but also the organization, team culture, and the change management required to make transformation successful. I approach these conversations with the same mindset I would bring if it were my own business.Earlier in my career I founded Indaba Group, a digital consultancy focused on building enterprise platforms across ecommerce, CMS, integrations, and digital experience. The company was later acquired by a public technology services organization, where I continued to serve in a leadership capacity and as a board member.My career has moved through multiple layers of technology and leadership: Designer → Developer → Architect → Founder → CTO → Board Member → Executive. That progression gives me perspective across both the technical and business sides of building teams and delivering scalable solutions, allowing me to bridge architecture, delivery execution, and executive strategy.I care deeply about building strong teams. In my experience the best outcomes come from environments built on trust, accountability, and integrity. Leadership requires constant reflection.
