About Blake Schmidt

I received a Physics degree in Space Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2018 and an MS in Computer Science at Georgia Tech in August 2021 in which I specialized in Artificial Intelligence. For three years I had worked as a Software Engineer for The Home Depot in Marketing Technology. In my time there I built a range of different applications to support THD\'s Marketing and Advertising infrastructure. I was a Software Development Engineer at Amazon building solutions as part of the Security Intelligence team for 3 years, now I am on the AWS Rekognition/Bedrock Data Automation team building Computer Vision AI products.
