About Blake Chapman

Blake works with complex employee benefit accounts, bringing the full resources of OneDigital to his clients. He has been consistently successful in working with all the different types of funding and all coverage lines of employee benefit programs with multiple locations and plan designs. Over the past 9 years, Blake has developed expertise in the Mergers & Acquisition opportunities and has performed multiple “diligence” projects. Blake just joined OneDigital after working with Alliant for 11+ years and at Willis over 9 years. Before joining Willis, he spent four years as a broker/consultant with a regional brokerage firm in Chicago. He began his insurance career with a major insurance company in 1989. Blake’s experience on the carrier side exposed him to large complex ASO accounts along with small regional HMO’s, while working in two different regions of the country. Blake was the Director of Account Management for Premera Blue Cross in Spokane WA from to 2001. He was responsible for the conversion of roughly 2500 customers with over members, to a new claims adjudication system through Y2K. This process has given him exceptional overall large group management expertise.
