Leader | I have held various leadership roles spanning from a soccer coach to an assistant manager at a marketing company. Juggling these roles with school and other activities helped me to tackle adversity head on and to step up as a leader. Managing people has made me much more self-confident in my abilities in all areas of life. One of my most prized achievements has been to lead a group of sales representatives to sell over in kitchen knives. Adaptable | Adapting to change has been one of the most critical aspects of my development as a person. Learning how to cope with adversary and always keeping a positive mindset has helped me to many of my most prized achievements. Overcoming sports injuries, learning how to sell products over the internet and always looking at the glass half full has helped to make me the adaptable person I am today. Resilient | Learning how to tackle problems and face adversary has always been something I\'m keen on. Earning my spot on the soccer team after i was cut, putting in extra time with school and working hard to receive a competitive promotion are all examples of resilience. I believe in always working my hardest and never giving up.
