Work closely with CEO, Chief Impact Officer, Chief Development & Marketing Officer, program directors, and finance team to identify service and program needs and develop an annual plan for submitting grant proposals from appropriate funding sources- Collaborate on strategic fundraising decisions along with CEO, Chief Impact Officer, Chief Development & Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, program directors- Fundraise for and manage $13M in grant funding- Oversee all grant applications in coordination with appropriate United Way staff, exhibiting superior writing skills and a high-level command of grammar and spelling- Provide appropriate grant summary reports to CEO, Chief Impact Officer, Chief Development & Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, program directors, and the Board of Directors Resource Development Committee- Schedule and lead regular collaborative meetings- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key funders and foundations- Develop project management processes to track progress on grant applications and reporting- Track information on current and prospective funding sources, including funder guidelines, proposals, report deadlines, and the names of trustees, officers, and key decision-makers- Supervise a team of 3 direct reports
