I work across the UT MD Anderson Cancer Prevention and Control Platform to accelerate the development, dissemination, and amplification of evidence-based strategies, community services, policy interventions, and knowledge targeting measurable reductions in cancer incidence and mortality at a population level. Our team is guided by the ideology that research advances in cancer medicine must be shared widely and translated, practically and rapidly, into health systems, communities and daily life globally. By working closely with the Moon Shots program, other departments, divisions and groups within MD Anderson, and the broader community of Greater Houston and Texas, we\'re ensuring that our prevention strategies impact population-level health outcomes on a transformative scale.
