SRC provides loan portfolio solutions to banks and other financial institutions that are intended to ease operational burdens and to improve credit quality and regulatory compliance. We evaluate and purchase a wide variety of loans including performing, sub-performing, and non-performing commercial, agricultural, residential, and consumer credits. SRC also helps bank executives deal effectively with \"non-core\" loans involved in M&A transactions by keeping these assets off their balance sheet. Additionally, we work with banks to recover balances owed from charged off loan portfolios, developing a source of cash flow and bottom-line income.
