Oversee day-to-day operations of the nation\'s fastest growing youth basketball tournament organization. Event manager for more than 50+ events annually, including the Teammate Basketball National Championship - one of the country\'s most popular & unique national championship experiences in grassroots sports. Passionately embrace building relationships with travel basketball organizations and providing clubs with the opportunity to develop their young athletes in to better basketball players, teammates & human beings. Other roles include tournament scheduling, sponsorship pursuits & activations, marketing, annual budget projection, social media management, overseeing Teammate Basketball tournament directors across network of events, managing/updating large travel club/team contact lists, soliciting prospective clubs & prospective host facilities, building/maintaining relationships with area CVB\'s and local contacts of influence, creating and implementing innovative community service efforts, & most importantly, being the best possible communicator and accommodator to our participating teams/clubs to ensure them that it\'s our priority to be the resource they need to accomplish their organizational goals via the opportunities that we present.
