I am current PhD student in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Florida Institute of Technology, with work interests in personnel selection, performance management and T&D. As a Lab Instructor, I am responsible for preparing materials, delivering instruction, and providing technical support in psychological research methods and statistics courses while guiding undergraduates on major research projects.
