About Blake Roemer
Im using my 15 years of financial institution experience to build a unique, streamlined commercial lending program from the ground up at Lookout Credit Union (the BEST employer on earth). Build: Sourcing vendors, writing policies, developing workflow and lending processes, and integrating it all to our CU Core. Hire: Recruiting a competent and hard working team based on partnerships and contacts I’ve established in my community and professional network. Train: Implementing training material credit union wide to better serve our members and provide learning opportunities for my department and all credit union employees with regard to commercial lending. Learn: Humble enough to ask for help and listen to outside resources. I wouldn’t be here without senior management buy-in, and I can’t count the number of times I’ve learned something new from every employee regardless of their job title.Lend: Starting our lending program in early 2022. Key features include competitive loans, prompt follow up, quick loan decisioning, and dedication to helping our business members succeed.Personal: Born and raised in Idaho, 4th generation!
